In 2022, we launched three exciting new yoga programs: Aerial Yoga, Prop Yoga, and Rope Yoga. Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Certainly, you are required to bring your own yoga mat. If you register, you can store your yoga mat with your identification mark in the cupboard in the classroom.
